I’ve led big game-changing projects, grown small and start-up businesses, volunteered in communities and non-profits. I’ve raised a family, travelled and lived abroad. So yes, I know people. I know organizations. I know business.

• Creating a new income and investment stream for a public real estate industry client built upon business intelligence analytics and a data warehouse;
• Developing an online customer affinity and loyalty platform to extend and deepen the relationship of a public homebuilder with its buyers;
• Efficiently growing the business information technology team and infrastructure of a newly public financial services corporation, keeping pace with 400% growth in US and Europe over five years, leveraging technology, mentoring, team professional development, project and program management methodologies.

Michaele Rachlin earned a BA from Macalester College and completed two years of post-graduate work in Educational Psychology at the University of Minnesota.  Over the years, I have earned certifications for grant proposal development (TGCI), computer programming & related systems development (SDLC), quality (TQM, ISO), process (BPM/BPI, ITIL), logistics (CPIM), and project & program management disciplines.

Having lived in Argentina and worked with a number of bi-lingual organizations in Miami, I am fluent in Spanish as well as English.  I am available locally, virtually and globally – based on your needs.
