What do we mean by ‘capacity building’?

July 7, 2016 5:56 am / michaele rachlin

Remember that adage “give a man a fish and he eats for a day; teach a man to fish and he eats for a lifetime“?

Simplistic maybe – but here’s the point: MDR is here to reinforce your team + your skills.

Of course, we will write grants and build project plans and jump in to get things done. We will work with you to create funding strategies and build revenue and recurring income.

But we will also work with you & your team to implement those strategies + build the processes + controls + skills + resources to become self sufficient. We don’t exactly teach you to fish – but we will work to leave you in a stronger position to fundraise on your own, whenever possible!

ArtSea we join your project

we’ll even bring our WHOLE TEAM to assure your success!
